This Cancellation Policy explains how to change or cancel a transfer booked with {{COMPANY_NAME}}. Because you pay the driver on the day and no prepayment is taken, cancelling is simple and costs you nothing in normal cases.

1. Free cancellation

You may cancel your transfer free of charge. As there is no prepayment, you are never out of pocket when you cancel. We ask that you let us know as early as you can so we can free up the vehicle and driver.

2. How to cancel

To cancel or change a booking, contact us by WhatsApp, email at {{COMPANY_EMAIL}} or phone at {{COMPANY_PHONE}}, quoting your booking reference. We recommend cancelling at least a few hours before the scheduled pickup so the driver can be reassigned.

3. Changes to your booking

Need a different time, date, vehicle or pickup point? Contact us and we will do our best to update your booking, subject to availability. If a change affects the price, we will confirm the new fixed price before it takes effect.

4. No-show

A no-show is when no passenger appears at the agreed pickup point and you cannot be reached, without cancelling beforehand. Because we track flights and wait for delayed arrivals, genuine delays are not no-shows. Please always contact us if your plans change so we never record a no-show.

5. Refunds

As payment is made to the driver on the day and we take no prepayment, there is normally nothing to refund when you cancel. If you ever paid any amount in advance by special arrangement, we will refund the eligible amount through the same payment method.
