1. Data we collect

To arrange your transfer we collect the information you provide in the booking form: your name, mobile phone number, and (optionally) email address; the full names of every passenger; your flight number and arrival or departure time; your hotel or address and the pickup/drop-off region; and the date, vehicle and any special requests. We may also collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and approximate country, and a currency preference cookie.

2. Why we use your data

We use your data only to deliver the service you ask for: to confirm and fulfil your transfer, to schedule and track your pickup against your flight, to pass the necessary details to the driver who will meet you, to contact you about your booking, and to meet our legal and transport-regulation obligations. 4. How long we keep it

We keep your booking data only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and tax retention periods required under Turkish law. After those periods expire we delete or anonymise your data. {{COMPANY_NAME}} reviews retention periods regularly.

5. Sharing with drivers and suppliers

To carry out your transfer we share the details strictly needed for the journey — passenger name(s), pickup point, flight and time, contact phone — with the assigned driver or our local transport supplier. We do not transfer your data abroad except as needed to operate our website and communication tools, and only with appropriate safeguards.
