These Terms of Use govern your booking of airport-transfer services from {{COMPANY_NAME}} through this website. By placing a booking you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our service

{{COMPANY_NAME}} arranges private, door-to-door airport transfers in the Antalya region (Antalya, Side, Alanya, Belek, Kemer and surrounding areas). The vehicle is private to your group and is not shared with other passengers. The price shown is the total for the vehicle for your stated route and passenger count, not a per-person fare.

2. Booking and contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your booking and issue a reference number. The confirmation sets out your route, vehicle, date, time and total price. You are responsible for checking that all details in the confirmation are correct and for telling us promptly of any error.

3. Payment — pay the driver

We operate a pay-on-the-day model. No prepayment is taken when you book and no card details are stored. You pay the agreed fixed price directly to the driver, in cash, at the time of your transfer. The price is fixed at booking and does not change unless you change the service.

4. Your obligations

You must give accurate and complete information, in particular your correct flight number, arrival/departure time, number and names of passengers, hotel or address, and a reachable phone number. We rely on this information to schedule and find you. We are not responsible for failed pickups caused by incorrect or incomplete details, by you not being at the agreed point on time, or by you being unreachable.

5. Liability

We will provide the transfer with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses outside our reasonable control — such as flight changes, weather, traffic, road closures or events beyond our control (force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of {{COMPANY_ADDRESS}} shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
